We can build the door of your dreams. What you will be seeing here is our non-rated door units. Our doors, sidelites and transoms are handcrafted and built one at a time. We build doors that range in size from 4’0” X 10’0” to 1’0” X 6’8” and anywhere in between. These doors are available in a 1 3/4” and 2 1/4” thickness with various designs and layouts such as panel doors, glass doors, glass over panel doors and plank doors. There are several species suitable for exterior use. Please check our wood species page to choose one for your door.
These doors can be purchased as doors only or as fully prehung units. We can supply the door and frame in a matching specie or as paint grade or any combination. Our hinges are supplied by Hager and are available in several metals and finishes.
You can select to have your door bored or mortised to fit your handle set. These units are also available with a multipoint lock system. We purchase our multipoint hardware from Hoppe. When multipoint is quoted we typically include the gear only in stainless steel with the lock setup for a full profile cylinder. The trim plates and levers are available from other manufactures in a larger selection. Note: all doors over 96” tall require multipoint hardware to be covered under our warranty. Double door units can be supplied with Ives flush head and foot bolts.

Your unit can be supplied with standard brick mould or one of our other exterior trim options, you could also choose a custom pattern. The interior moulding can also be supplied if requested, with over hundreds of profiles to choose from.
